Indeed they are. Their name in Norsk, ForbrukerRådet, directly
translates as 'Consumer Agency'. And currently, in addition to
producing this report, they're combining with other European data
organisations to ask the European Data Protection Authority to assess
whether the companies' practices are in line with privacy regulations:
