Well I thought I had read that ARM and Raspberry support was
discontinued along
with Ubuntu's Unity which was a phone DE interface actually. I went
looking for
confirmation but I could not find it. I noted though that the Raspberry
Pi Flavor
Maker still list Unity as a possible flavor which may merely indicate
slowness of
updates to the Raspberry Pi FAQ.
And I further learned that aside from Unity and Ubuntu Phone
layoffs other
large layoffs have been taking place from 30-60 % which are attempts to
reduce
expenses and recover from the losses related to the Phone project.

Sorry Aaron if I misapprehended something I read.
