Yes, I know, there's presently an issue with
http://www.balug.org/
etc. (was working fine quite recently)
Looks like an issue with (dis)service[1] provider
DreamHost.com ... but I've not gotten to the bottom of it yet -
just noticed it within the hour.

Anyway, hoping to have it squared away (or work-around
in place) by not later than end of this coming weekend
(and possibly much sooner ... possibly notwithstanding DNS TTLs, etc.).

1. Also known as nightmare host.  Looks like they have SOA and NS
    records for balug.org., but no A records?  WTF?/SNAFU?/...
    and no AAAA nor CNAME records, and likewise for www.balug.org
