[sf-lug] SF-LUG meets Monday 20 February 2017

Hi LUGers,

   SF-LUG meets every third Monday from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M.
and  every first Sunday from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M.
at the Cafe Enchante, 26th and Geary Boulevard.

     These meetings are usually lightly attended with a high for the
last year so far of 7 members.   If you have a problem come along
and maybe we can help but if not we can usually find someone
who can.

     New Distributions on hand.
     clonezilla-live-2.5.0-19-amd64.iso  This is the only version I have 
been
able to find and I looked for the i686-PAE as well.  I do have the older 
version
of the i686 and i686-PAE on hand.

     Solus-2017.01.01.0-Budgie.iso which may be installed on my Dell
and which I intend to be demonstrating to anyone who is interested.
     Budgie is a new Desktop Environment but some other distributions
are using it.

     PCLinux OS64-KDE5-2017.02 which I just check-summed.
If the live version shows any variance from the installed and updated 
2016.07
I may install it as well.

     PCLinux OS64-Mate-2017.02 which I will be downloading.

     In other news Ubuntu 16.04.02 LTS was due out this week but I cannot
find a download site.  I did find some people having problems with the
this version of the distribution.

     Later this week I may find a copy of the latest version of Linux Pro
magazine and will bring it along to the meeting.

     So I hope some of  you all are able to join us on the evening of
President's Day.
