Well, that's just a Javascript program.

And, FWIW, it's an extremely long (826kB) and deliberately obscured 
Javascript program, probably to discourage people reading it to figure
it out and grab video clips to keep them locally.

Anyway, you didn't give folks anywhere near enough information to
assist, and the bit about Flash was a guess (yours, I think) based on no
particular data -- which means your helpers have explained how to
retrofit Flash support, but there's no special reason to think that's
your actual problem.
