If the access point is running Linux and using an in-kernel Wi-Fi
driver, then the deauthentication packets the article you linked talks
about will be visible in its logs. You can then separate them from
legitimate deauthentication packets from your MAC address by
cross-referencing the timestamps with the logs on your computer. This
method would not be very reliable, but it's pretty much all you have.
