Join our IT team and help us deliver world-class support of
our internal applications and services providing high
availability and maximum performance. This role will help
provide a cutting edge environment for Cumulus Networks
infrastructure. Our IT team prides itself on a culture of

colleagues throughout the organization to maximize their
impact on our products, our customers, and our company.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
* Experience administrating Linux environments (Debian,
RedHat, or CentOS).
* Experience supporting services and applications in the
environment.
* Experience administering Atlassian products (Jira,
Confluence, fisheye, crucible)
* Experience managing system services (DNS, DHCP,
Mail, Apache, LDAP).
* Experience with systems and network performance/
availability monitoring tools (I.E. Nagios, Ganglia,
Ansible, puppet, chef).
* Familiarity with networking technologies (routing,
switching, load balancing, security, VPN)
* Administration and knowledge of storage systems and
protocols (NFS, ISCSI, SAN, NAS).
* Experience with MySQL or similar technologies.
* Experience with Perl, Python, or shell scripting.
* Previous support of phone systems a plus.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Support of desktops (Apple OSX, Windows, Virtualization
(VMware, Virtualbox, Parallels, or equivalent).
* Strong technical problem-solving abilities
* Third party applications support a plus (Salesforce,
Zendesk, APIs, and related web application deployments
a plus.
