Just in case you're curious about where the mail fell through cracks, no
SMTP delivery attempt was made of any mail from your address on October
12th. So, I infer it got dropped before SMTP delivery. Details from
the mailing list / SMTP server's mail-receipt logs follow:
linuxmafia:/var/log/exim4# ls -al

Let's check acceptances during the date period from Oct. 11th to the
present:

linuxmafia:/var/log/exim4# zgrep 'From <bliss-sf4ever at dslextreme.com>' mainlog.5.gz

And let's check rejections over the same time period:
linuxmafia:/var/log/exim4# zgrep bliss-sf4ever at dslextreme.com rejectlog
linuxmafia:/var/log/exim4# zgrep bliss-sf4ever at dslextreme.com rejectlog.1

linuxmafia:/var/log/exim4# zgrep bliss-sf4ever at dslextreme.com rejectlog.5.gz
linuxmafia:/var/log/exim4#
So, two successful deliveries from you for sf-lug at linuxmafia.com on the
11th and the 15th (today), but no others, and no failed attempts at any time,
I _absolutely_ don't doubt in any way that you sent that mail, Bobbie.
Just, FYI, it didn't get as far as my SMTP server, when you did. You
might wish to inquire with DSLextreme, as they can trace mail via their
SMTP logs similar to the way I did, above.
(Just thought you might want to know. One of the handy things about
running one's own mail servers is that you can investigate failed
communication by looking at the logfiles to figure out how far the
communication got.)
