[sf-lug] sf-lug.{com,org} - wither/whether/weather/where? ; -) - power consumption?

I don't have reasonable means of measuring the actual power draw without
needing to take the whole box down for a bit. But I believe Jim probably
gets monthly statements, which likely give a report on power usage,
or even if it's not listed on that, so long as the box still has any
support at GoGrid/DataPipe, Jim could probably call them up on
the authorized account and as authorized user, and they could likely provide
that information to him (most colos have power monitoring/measurement
infrastructure in place, often down to individual rack power outlets, and
the ability to remotely power cycle any such outlet - this is also even
more likely where the "vicki" box is, as it's shared rack, and colo
probably wants to be able to account for which customer is using how much
power in the rack).

I do have the *serial number* of the Silicon Mechanics "vicki" physical
host, but alas, I don't have *model number* (and didn't easily spot
it on the hardware, last I recall looking for it). Jim may still have
that information somewhere, as I believe when he originally received it,
he got it with the packaging box, accessories, documentation, etc.

Digging/searching through sf-lug list archives (also fast and handy since
I also happen to have local backup copy of the raw mbox file) ... I do see
stuff back around ~2007 apparently when SF-LUG acquired the box (or some
communications about it a moderate bit later). What I see on there
seems to suggest that it's a:
Rackform iServ R107
With some quick check on
http://www.siliconmechanics.com/
and
http://web.archive.org/web/20070701000000*/http://www.siliconmechanics.com/
I didn't easily find a model R107 - though that seems a likely model number
given how they seem to give their model numbers around that timeframe.
Anyway, if someone wants to dig further, they may be able to find
specifications for the hardware, or hardware that's likely relatively
similar. That, however, may give more information on peak/maximum
power consumption, rather than typical average consumption in our
general use scenario - which is probably of more interest (but
specifications may at least put an upper bound on power consumption).
