     The new TransPacific Partnership trade pact will severely impact on
individual rights and elevate corporate interest above health and safety
rules, environmental rules, and justice.  And will overthrow Net Neutrality.

     Corporations will be immune to citizen lawsuits on any aspect
of their operation.
