[sf-lug] Plop Boot Manager for older machines

Hi fellow suspects,

     Frequently read about here as to how to get certain
older machines to boot from USB or even CD.  This
Plop Boot Manager can be written to a hard drive,
a bootable floppy disk, or CD.  It can be found
