Thanks for your suggestions Jim.

It is in fact Ivory in Israel; I didn't expect anyone to visit the Ivory 
web page or I would have mentioned that.

My friend has asked Ivory if he can test with a live CD; they refused. 
To be fair, they may not have these motherboards assembled into PCs
