OK, I hadn't noticed the '-f' option.  So, basically, -f starts rdesktop
in fullscreen mode, and Ctrl-Alt-Enter is the toggle hotkey.

I'll bet that that clashes clashes with a lot of window managers'
keybindings, e.g., Compiz, and GNOME Shell.  (Simple solution, of
course:  Don't use crummy window managers.)
