[sf-lug] how to read root's email?

Thanks to Rick and Jim for their responses.     It sounds like what I
should do is run a nullmailer as a cron task.    That should minimize
administrative overhead (no sendmail.cf munging!) and potential
security problems with sendmail.      I'll RTFM on that topic.
