[sf-lug] Other locations

House of Shields?  Ok, +1

Still silent on timing -- I can't commit to making our current meeting 
times.  I'll leave new timing entirely to others, though it seems BH and 
others have already suggested a good rationale for some Monday(that 
doesn't conflict with Jim's list below).
