Ja, ditto.  In my experience, the Web interface to CUPS is so much more
reliable, easy to understand, and functional than any other method of
configuration including editing conffiles directly with vi that it's 
always my first resort.  The only gotcha I've ever found was the need to
make sure your username is in the "lpadmin" group.  Details for Debian
