[sf-lug] Ubuntu Release Party April 24th

Naturally, I'm game.  Don't know of a good spot to have it as I am not from
here and just moved here.  It would be great to meet everyone, have a few
Maker's Mark on the rocks and celebrate the 2nd LTS release.
