> Extensive experience with Redhat linux (Rhel4 and Rhel5) OS installs, 
> configuration and administration, Redhat cluster technologies and GFS

> A solid understanding of UNIX and Linux; understands paging and 
> swapping; inter-process communications, devices and what device 
> drivers do; advanced file system concepts; can use performance 
> analysis to tune systems; understands package managers, can compare 
> file sets from different servers and create custom packages

> Experience in working with Remote data center sever management and 
> ability to support servers in 24/7 environment

> In depth knowledge of SAN storage and Fiber/ISCSI technologies 
> (preferably Netapp storage and Cisco Fabric switches)

> Previous experience in configuring and managing Apache web servers and

> Previous experience creating and managing resources in a virtual 
> environment (preferably VMware).

> Demonstrated ability to create UNIX infrastructure strategies that

> More than five years of previous system administration experience.
> 7 to 10 years Information Technology related experience.
> Bachelors degree and/or industry certifications are a plus
