[sf-lug] Time to dump those yahoo accounts

Not only that, Ballmer had the inside info that the former Chairman was
stepping down yesterday.  The offer was sent out the same day, already
addressed to his successor.  The former Chairman was the one that dismissed
Microsoft's previous bid.  Knowing the situation with the Yahoo
shareholders, and barring any DOJ intervention, this is a slam dunk for
Redmond.
