The T-Mobile Hotspot access is a good additional incentive. $399 gets you:

1)one XO laptop,
2) one gets donated,
3) $200 is tax deductible
4) *and* you get T-Mobile Hotspot access for one year!

Usually the hotspot access goes for $20 a month with a T-Mobile cell 
account.
