Compiz and Beryl merged and the whole setup is now Compiz Fusion 
(http://www.beryl-project.org/). It comes up automatically when you install 
Gutsy on hardware that will support it. You can control it from the 
Appearance Preferences window (Main Menu: Systems>Preferences>Appearances, 
Visual Effects tab.
