are here:  http://www.canonical.com/services/support/sla   (Last I
heard, Kristian, their main support centre is in Montreal, which was not
in the UK at the time of the last border surveys.)

Soren, I'm also one of the few Yanks you'll encounter who actually
understand that the Isle of Man, where Canonical is registered, is _not_
part of the United Kingdom (nor the EU, nor the Commonwealth).
