Out of curiosity, what specific parts did you buy?  If you can identify
the specific models of the motherboard and any add-in cards, I might be 
able to tell you in advance what problem areas you're likely to
encounter.  (Also, please remind me if this is supposed to be a server,
a workstation, a toaster, an electric monk, or whatever.)
