Hi all I am part of the newsletter, but haven't been to a meeting yet. I had
a strange error message when I booted up 10.04 Ubuntu today.
Here it is:
mount: mounting /dev/disk/by-uuid/0e45b1cf-8b2a-45bb-9c12-9dd2588dfcd6 on
failed: Invalid argument
mount: mounting /dev on /root/dev failed: No such file or directory
mount: mounting /sys on /root/sys failed: No such file or directory
mount: mounting /proc on /root/proc failed: No such file or directory
Target filesystem doesn't have /sbin/init.
No init found. Try passing init= bootarg.
Busy Box v1.13.3 (Ubuntu 1:1.13.3-1ubuntu11) built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.
Thanks, i would rather not do a fresh install, so I can keep all of my
media. Thanks, Jonathan
