It sure does. I think GoLUG's lack of dues is one of the reasons GoLUG
survived and LEAP died. LEAP was once Orlando's premier LUG, but they
were incorporated and so were forced to collect dues, which became a
problem when competing Orlando LUGs were free as in beer.
