Midjourney is a frontend to AI developed by others.  A user can give
English words and the AI develops them into images.

It is beyond incredible.  It is already starting to revolutionize
mockup art for games.

It has throttled free use but is positioned to be for-pay since it
takes significant cpu cycles to generate images.

I thought it was, but it doesn't appear to be open source.  It also
seems to only be usable via Discord, which is not FOSS.
