No they don't. You have really no idea how it works, and I have zero
desire to open another front for a long long discussion.
There is no aspect of the healthcare system, today, that functions in a
market, except, perhaps the copays that you pay. They largely reflect
what would tract actually market prices.
The extire system is as fixed as professional wrestling.
