[conspire] Schools WTFery

Didn't Reagan successful end the Department of Education?

I guess not. Now it all comes full circle.

https://www.chronicle.com/article/A-Brief-History-of-GOP/243739

Do I want the federal government more involved in education? I don't
know to be honest. I would like to see the student loan program ended
and the end of International Student Visas.

I would like to see our universities get off of its adicition to foriegn
students and to focus on getting to inner city kids young and often.

State dependency on property taxes has fueled the education disparity in
every major US City, especially, NYC. I think the feds have a better
chance of accomplishing this than states, but the federal track record
is spotty at best and are constitutionally constrained. There is no
hope in this situation because the left has misguilded a pluality to thinking
that police brutality is the core racial issue that the Nation faces,
and it is not.

The core problem is education, black on black violence, drugs abuse, and family stabilization.

It is a multigenerational problem that is expensive to fix, and gives no
immediate results...so it is not going to happen.

It took 40 years for the Jews to become a free People after 400 hunderd
years of slavery in Egypt, and we had fatal errors along the way and had
God as a sheapard and Moses as our prophet.

What chance does the American Black community have?
