Yeah, it's kind of weird but the war between providers is _really_ hostile too.
From the short time that I was involved, I felt the service techs were really
abused by the companies fighting for territory. It was almost like gangland
warfare most of the time. A lot of "shady" stuff goes on in that area that one
either has to buy into or run as far away from as possible.
I wish I could say the cable cutting is shocking but it really doesn't surprise
me at all really.
