Agreed. 

Although, _obviously_ I can't speak for everyone but I find poorly-formed or
clumsy lies to be simply offensive. Although, there is also a certain amount of
humor in them as it paints an intriguing picture of the idiot who would say such
a thing _actually_ thinking I might potentially believe it.

Mentally I note the individual as "asshole" even though I may filter the verbal
notation. =)
