Good thought, but I'm pretty sure no.  There's nothing like that in West
Menlo Park / University Heights.  Or at least, I'd be profoundly
surprised.

There's a retirement home about 1km away on the far side of Sharon
Heights, and there are dentistry offices 3 km away in downtown Menlo
Park, but my vicinity is very residential with only a few offices and a
few retail stores and restaurants for quite some distance in every
direction.
