[conspire] Tip: GNU Mailman is stupid about plus-addressing

Some subscribers will know about a useful SMTP trick called 'plus
addressing'. See
http://webapps.stackexchange.com/questions/108/alternatives-to-plus-addressing

I might decide to subscribe to this address as
rick+cabal at linuxmafia.com, to SVLUG's mailing lists as
rick+svlug at linuxmafia.com, etc. No, that's hardly the only way to
manage mail. Arguably there are a lot better ways -- but let's just say
it's useful.

One CABAL member did that with his subscription to the conspire list.
Fine idea. Only, his post got held as arriving from a non-subscribed
address.

I checked: His posting arrived with the version of his address without
the '+cabal' extension. His subscription was for the version with
'+cabal'. Mailman's too braindead to know they're the same sender.

I helped our subscriber by also subscribing the second variant and
setting that subscription's 'nomail' attribute. (You the subscriber can
of course also do that.)
