[conspire] I get mail

I also get mail.

In the same time frame I collected some information of interest to sailors.  It started by my posting a question on Usenet which led to an FAQ.  Later it was copied (with permission) to web-site:

I still get a few emails a year.  Fortunately none are of the annoying sort that bother Rick.  One led to lengthy correspondence and a bottle of New Zealand wind, hand delivered.

You do have editor macros for "You should try asking
this general-interest Linux question on a relevant
forum", "I am/am not available for contract work on
this specific question", and "One or more proprietary
software EULAs prohibits me from commenting on this
question. You would need to contact your vendor for
support," don't you?
