I just flew back from Brussels (and boy, are my arms tired).
One of the things I noticed was some postings in the held
queue from a valued contributor (hi, Tony!) who attempted to 
send from an alternate posting address.

Lots of folks like to shift among multiple sending addresses,
which is fine, but you need to make sure Mailman will let your
mail through.  (It's not 1985 any more.  Sorry, there's a spam
problem.)  Easiest way is to subscribe _all_ of your addresses
and set the 'nomail' option on all but the one where you wish 
to receive traffic.
