It's a nice thought but the recording "industry" is patient and
relentless. Aside from the 24/7 propaganda push that floods the movies
and now even video media is more common than Coke commericials.
They lobby and "educate" in the raymond building 24/7 and bride all the
important members of the necessary commitees.
The ipad, ipod, itunes world is now programmed to buy everything by app
stores. On the ones I've seen, unless you hack them you can't download
a darn things on them.
I'm fairly depressed about the outlook.
That is why I am so glad that Maloney has given Rick permision to
disallow copyright.
