[conspire] Word of the Year

Hard or soft, both are used.  Mostly hard G tho, as
in "Beware of geeks bearing GIFs".

Still, tho, this is like the word of a decade ago-
you hardly seen GIFs anymore since PNG and
JPEG are so much better for line/block art and
photographic respectively.
