[conspire] CABAL will not be held, Saturday after Thanksgiving

Cancellation advisory (for NEXT month, not THIS month):

This may sound familiar.  This year, as in most years, there is a
scheduling conflict in late November:

Normally, the second CABAL meeting in November would be on Saturday,
Nov. 26, the 4th Saturday in November.  As with most years, November's
4th Saturday immediately follows its 4th Thursday, Thanksgiving Day.
Deirdre and I always attend LosCon in Los Angeles, the weeked after
Thanksgiving.  Therefore, CABAL will not be held.  See you in early
December!

In a minority of years, November's 4th Saturday isn't on the weekend
following its 4th Thursday.  Here's an example:

In 2008, November's 2nd CABAL meeting was Saturday, Nov. 22nd, the
weekend _before_ Thanksgiving, whereas LosCon occurred the following 
weekend, which weekend included November's _5th_ Saturday.  Thus, no 
scheduling conflict.
