[conspire] First CABAL meeting in April (Apr. 9th) cancelled

Deirdre and I will be taking our vacation in early April, visiting
Spain, Morocco, the Canary Islands, and Madeira by ship.  So, in
consequence, the CABAL meeting that had been scheduled for Saturday,
April 9th needs to be cancelled.  However, CABAL _will_ meet on
Saturday, April 23rd.
