I've already said I'm done on this topic. I don't think there is
anything else I can write that will add to what I said. And I believe
that every mailing list has dominant people or moderators who take the
time and energy to run their lists and they are allowed the latitude to
run them and communicate on them as they wish. This is Rick's. If you
don't want to be subject to Rick's verbose opinions on his list, then
don't read it.
I'm a little put off at being accused as someone who crashes lists doing
radical advocacy for GNU/Linux preloads, a topic I rarely talk about,
but I did a google search and confirmed that, in fact, my observation
was correct...I almost never talk about this.
Never the less, I believe that what I wrote was correct, and I'll stick
with it. There is just nothing I can add to it. I believe my opinion,
as written, stands on its own to feet, and further discussion on the
topic by me doesn't serve any more constructive purpose.
The original post was to hopefully reach someone inside of HP to vent
frustration with their end of direct support for Linux on their mini's.
If nobody else thinks this can be useful, so be it. I wanted to buy a
preloaded HP mini with Linux. I'm not demanding that you have to buy
one as well.
