In the middle of the lawn, Sunday morning, I found a 2 GB (4 GB?
something like that) flash drive loaded with a live-CD instance of
Elive.  It seems to have survived an encounter with the sprinkler 
system coming on at 9 AM.

I believe it belongs to Bruce Coston....
