I wish I could help, but I'm a Postfix novice.  Which I really shouldn't
be -- it's a big hole in my education -- but there it is.   The only
MTAs I've had much experience with, so far, are Sendmail, Qmail, and
Exim.

If I have time and something pops out, I'll make suggestions, but
they'll not be from experience.
