Well, you might check out http://www.prgmr.com/.
Luke  and Chris of prgmr.com spoke at the last SVLUG meeting and are
very savvy.
They are very knowledgeable about virtual servers and might meet your needs.
They do, though, use HE but perhaps would be a buffer between you and HE.
