I remember reading about it in either _National Geographic_ or
_Smithsonian_, but unfortunately can't remember the gist of how it came
out.
DNA testing has already proved that quite a lot of _individuals_ don't
have the exact lines of ancestry they'd previously been told they did,
and applying that technique to entire ethnic groups could prove
revealing.
