Not sure whether "upper Haight" refers to Haight-Ashbury or
Haight-Fillmore; anyone in the Haight-Ashbury could leech wi-fi from
multiple neighbors simultaneously. I would expect the Haight-Fillmore to
be easily serviceable by any of the good DSL providers, and also check
http://sf.meraki.com for community wi-fi.

My guess would be that if anybody would know anything about that, it would
be Cheryl, but I could be way off-base...
