IMHO, she punted and did the politically convenient thing.  This is exactly
why judges should not have to stand for recall.

Wow, that is odd, don't you think, that those companies would sink that kind
of capital into this case?  It seems like an awful lot of charity for a
questionable case.  Someone has some pull somewhere.  This just doesn't add
up, IMHO.
