Thanks for offering.  There's always lots of food, but we're often
lighter on salad and fruit than is good for our health.  ;->
Alternatively, some soda might be nice.

I have some several pounds of pork strips that have been marinating 
for a couple of days, for my contribution to the barbecue itself, plus
store beef hot dogs, plus homemade garlic bread.

If it's not convenient to bring food, don't worry.  Things always work
out.
