[conspire] maildir => outlook

Hello, all!

A client has asked for assistance converting a few dozen user
workstations from Kmail to outlook.  I should mention that they're
using windows on the workstations already, using VNC or some such to
connect to a Linux server.

I've found some kludges such as the approach outlined in:

but I'd like to learn if anyone knows of any tools that do a better
job of converting
from maildir format to outlook format.
