[conspire] ip3000 printer , been idle a while

I got a bad driver problem fixed along with the failure of my ip3000 at cabal once. I'm hoping its possible to fix the printer the same way as before now that the problem with cups in mepis should be long gone. Looks like I can score a continuous ink supply system cheap now and I like that printer. Also, does anyone know how hard adapting a ciss for an ip2000 to an ip3000 gets.
