Darlene - worry not - I heard about a "Customer support" call
involving a PC that wouldn't boot... finally, the IT guy asks the
customer, "Is everything plugged in properly?" ...and the guy
calmly replies,  "I can't see back behind the desk, since the lights
are out because of the power failure"...

:-)  We're all in the same (human/fallible) boat; no worries.
