Um, yes, unless you really have use for a 19" tube monitor on the
crashcart that you push around to diagnose headless servers in your data
centre.  ;->

There _are_ a whole bunch of places that will try to fix your monitor
for a minimum labour charge (maybe $75), plus whatever other costs
you're willing to authorise after they figure out what's wrong.  I used
one of those for my (former) ViewSonic 17" thing, now gone.
